She is Director of CMI International Group and of the Humanware business unit. She is responsible for the management of training and change project consulting areas.

As senior international consultant for CMIIG she has conducted workshops and courses and has lectured on topics regarding conflict prevention, management and negotiation within change processes for prominent organizations in over ten Latin American countries. She has conducted research on human factors management in integrated management systems implementation processes.

She earned her degree as social and occupational psychologist from the Catholic University in Uruguay. She furthered her graduate studies in Human Resources at the same University, specialized in Marketing at the ORT University in Uruguay, and is a Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner. She completed courses on Project Management (IEEC-CMI International Group) and Transactional Analysis (CIANCC). She pursued her Negotiation training at Harvard University, USA, and completed the Train the Trainer program with CMI International Group (Cambridge, USA). She is currently an instructor at CMI IG Humanware and Negotiation Workshops.
